How to Refer Your Friends

On the My Referrals and Rewards page, you can refer friends by adding their email addresses, copying a link to share on your own, or posting on your choice of social networks.
The term “Referral” is used for any of your friends who join Rivirtual.com through your referral link. The term “Referrer” is used for the Rivirtual user who refers friends using the Referral Program.
The Referral Program allows you to share the referral link with your connections via email and social channels. You agree to use the Referral Program only with personal friends and not publish a referral, or cause it to be published or distributed, on or via methods, platforms, and media where you have no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the readers or recipients are not your personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, etc.). You will not create, publish, generate or solicit, under any circumstances, any bulk electronic mail messages (also known as “SPAM”).
You also agree to comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations, including but not limited to regulations regarding electronic messaging and anti-spam and privacy laws.

If you use the referral system to invite a friend through email, they will receive an email letting them know that you referred them, along with an invitation to join Rivirtual.com. Emails will only be sent to your friends who are not signed up to Rivirtual. You are required to obtain consent from your Referrals prior to referring them.
The original language of these Terms and Conditions is English. Rivirtual makes this translation available for convenience only. In case of conflicts between the original English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

1. Eligible users

This Referral Program is open to registered Rivirtual users only, for a limited time, and we may withdraw or suspend this Referral Program (in whole or in part) at any time. The requirements and incentives are also subject to change at any time.

2. Earning, receiving, and redeeming Rivirtual Credits

Each of your Referrals will get Rivirtual credit to use on their successful registration on Rivirtual. Such referrals may not be used or combined with any other promotion or coupon.
As the Referrer, you will receive Rivirtual credits when your Referral's Successfully registers to Rivirtual platform. Rivirtual credits can be redeemed later.Currently, you can redeem a minimum of 2500 credit points on Rivirtual credits . Rivirtual Credits will be made available to the Referrer following a clearance period of up to 14 days after the Referral's first Qualifying Purchase and are valid for 3 months.

3. Referrals referred by multiple users (Referrers)

If your Referral was also referred by another user (Referrer), you will earn Rivirtual Credits only if the Referral joins Rivirtual and makes their first Qualifying Purchase through your referral link. If your Referral uses another user's referral link to join, you will not receive the Rivirtual Credits.

4. Important disclaimers

We reserve the right to suspend your account and remove any granted Rivirtual Credits should we notice any activity by the Referrer and/or Referral that is determined to be contrary to the Referral Program terms and conditions, the Rivirtual Terms of Service. We retain the right to investigate either party’s participation in the Referral Program for any fraudulent activity and take any measures to end their activity in the program and/or on Rivirtual. We reserve the right to amend or suspend this Referral Program at any time without notice.
